La peticionaria argumenta que la sentencia de la referencia, frente a la cual interpone el incidente de nulidad, es incongruente, anfibológica e ininteligible.
Para la Corte, los argumentos esgrimidos por la memorialista revelan una pretensión clara para reabrir la discusión jurídica y probatoria surtida en el seno del proceso de tutela, opción que explícitamente ha sido negada para obtener la anulación de una sentencia de tutela.

- PRIMERO. NEGAR la solicitud de nulidad interpuesta por Patricia Arias Munoz, apoderada General de la Universidad de Antioquia, contra la sentencia T-013 de 2011.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNIQUESE la presente providencia al peticionario, con la advertencia que contra esta decision no procede ningun recurso.
- TERCERO. DEVOLVER a la Secretaria General de la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, a traves de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, el expediente identificado con el numero de radicacion de la Corte Constitucional T-2.735.520 y fallado mediante Sentencia T-013 de 2011.
